The Kerala Engineering Entrance Exam had 4 versions in total. There were 120 questions in total with 72 from Physics and 48 from Chemistry.

Many questions this time were direct in nature and could find the answers in the NCERT text book. There are 5 choices with 4 marks for correct answer and -1 for wrong answers. 150 minutes were available for solving 120 questions.

The Kerala Engineering Entrance Exam Paper2 had 4 versions - B1 to B4. There were 120 questions in total for Mathematics. There were 5 choices with 4 marks for correct answer and -1 for wrong answers.

150 minutes were provided solving 120 questions. The difficulty level of Mathematics paper was much lower than that for the last 4-5 years. There were many questions which could be solved in less than 1 minute.

The first phase of CBSE counseling has begun and will continue upto 8th April, 2010. This is the 13th consecutive year that CBSE will be providing counseling services to students and parents during examinations to overcome anxiety and examination related stress.

The CBSE outreach programme is carefully designed keeping the heterogeneity of students' population and geographical spread. Multiple modes of communication such as telephonic counseling, Question Answers columns innews papers, Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) and online counseling through CBSE website is used to reach out to more and more examinees.

CBSE TELE COUNSELLING:
CBSE started this pioneering community work 13 years back in 1998.
The highlights of CBSE Tele-counselling are:
(i) It is offered by trained counselors and Principals.
(ii) It is a voluntary, free of cost service provided by the participants.

This year as many as 52 Principals, trained counselors from CBSE affiliated govt. and private schools, psychologists and social scientists are operating helpline from 8 a.m upto mid-night from locations like Delhi, Noida ,Vishakhapatnam,etc across India.

Details About Bank Descriptive Papers

In number of banks exam in addition to the Objective Test Descriptive Test is also taken.

In this paper candidates have to answer 3 out of 4 OR 4 out of 5 questions as per the bank exam rule. The students has the option to answer these questions either in English, Hindi or the Language of State i.e. Regional Language.

Although this paper is only for "Qualifying Purpose" and number of the descriptive exam are not added while making Merit List but it is compulsory to pass this exam with atleast 40% marks (35% for Reserved). Without passing it your numbers of objective exam are worthless.

Topics of Descriptive test Asked In OBC Bank Clerical Exam

The exam for the post of clerk by OBC Bank was organised on Sunday, 27-12-2009. This paper was divided in 2 parts.
First was the objective test containing 50 questions each of Reasoning, Quantative aptitude, clerical aptitude & English.
The time alloted for it was 90 minutes.
For a good student it was very easy to mark 160 -180 questions.

Second was the descriptive paper in which 4 questions were asked out of which 3 were to be answered.
It was clearly mentioned in the exam that quality of answer is important not how much you have written.
The topics of Descriptive Test asked was :-

Give three ways for empowerment of women in India.

What will happen if the prices of Crude Oil falls to $25 in market ?

It is belived that life in small cities or villages is much better than Big cities.
Give your views on it with any reference, examples etc.

Certain people belive that Central government should give power to State governments to decide the price of agricultural products sold by farmers.
Give two points in favour & two in Against Of this.
